The book headings look all very similar. In Matthew and Romans some ornamentation is added within the green bar and a red contour surrounds it. The title of Revelation (minuscule) is completely different.
I think that these coloured headings have been added AFTER the enhancement. It appears that the space on the top has bee erased and in some cases the first letters of the text have been damaged too. They have been reinforced once again (by a different had/ink). How late after the reinforcement this happened, I don't know. Eventually the headings have been added shortly after the enhancement.
Please note the addition en efesw at the 3rd line of the letter to the Ephesians.
